Instructions:
Installing the program under Windows 10:
1.
- To install the program, click on the file: Install_CMR.exe.
- Windows Defender …
2.
Choose a location for the program on your computer, or leave the default CMR Fill location.
3.
After installation, a new CMR Fill icon will be created on the desktop and the CMR Fill program will start.
4.
Close the first start of CMR Fill and start it again via the CMR Fill icon from the desktop.
Create a new CMR document:
1.
Enter the number of the new CMR document.
2.
You can choose addresses from your list.
3.
Fill in the other fields of the document as needed.
4.
Move to the other half of the document.
5.
Choose a second language and document colors.
6.
Press the <Print> button to save the template.
Create a new template:
1.
Enter a name and number for the template. (Template-1)
2.
You can choose addresses from your list.
3.
Fill in the other fields of the document as needed.
4.
Move to the other half of the document.
5.
Choose a second language and document colors.
6.
Press the <Print> button to save the template.
Search by entering a term:
1.
Press the <Binoculars> button.
2.
Enter a search term in the search field.
3.
Press the <Binoculars> button to see the number of documents found.
4.
Use the > < arrows to scroll through the found documents.
Search one at a time:
1.
You can search one by one with the <First> <Prev> <Next> <Last> buttons.
Directory search:
1.
You can find the addresses of senders, recipients and carriers in the drop-down windows.
Make a copy of the document:
1.
To make a copy of the found document, press <+1> or enter a new document name / number.
2.
Press the <Print> button to save a new document or template.
