PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION GDPR

Pursuant to Art. 13 and Art. 14 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “the Regulation”) HOUSE – SOFT, sro, IČO: 43 915 086 , (“HOUSE – SOFT” or “Company”) provides the data subject with information about the processing of his or her personal data.

HOUSE – SOFT collects personal data directly from the data subject, its authorized person or its legal representative, through duly instructed persons acting under the authority of HOUSE – SOFT or through an intermediary with whom HOUSE – SOFT has concluded an intermediary contract and is obliged to comply a privacy standard defined by him or via the HOUSE – SOFT website. In the case of personal data of children under 16 years of age, HOUSE – SOFT receives personal data from persons who hold their parental responsibility.

When processing personal data, the company proceeds in accordance with the regulation.

We process personal data:

with the consent of the data subject (Article 6 (1) (a) of the Regulation)

HOUSE – SOFT processes the provided personal data for several purposes:

fulfillment of obligations arising from contractual relations and exercise of rights under the law,
processing of personnel and payroll agenda, employee attendance,
processing of accounting agenda,
uncovering corruption,
in order to safeguard the legitimate interests of the company:
Audio recording to protect the rights and legally protected interests of society
information system security measures.

Alerts containing the personal data of the data subject will be kept by the type of alert. The records relating to the contractual relationship will be archived for 12 months, according to the type of record. Accounting records shall be archived for at least 10 years following the year to which they relate, pursuant to § 35 para. 3 of Act no. 431/2002 Coll.

The data subject shall have the right to request from HOUSE – SOFT access to personal data concerning the data subject and the right to rectify or delete them, or to limit processing, or to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability. The data subject shall also have the right to withdraw the consent granted by HOUSE – SOFT if the processing is based on a condition arising from Article 6 (1). 1, par. a) alebo z článku 9 ods. 2, par. (a) without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent granted prior to its withdrawal. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic with its registered office at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27.

Access to personal data in our company is allowed to those employees who need it to fulfill their work and legal obligations. We can only disclose personal information outside our company if required by law or consent.

Personal data is also processed automatically to assess certain personal aspects (profiling). Profiling can be used in cases of:

so-called cookies on the company’s website; you have the right to refuse the use of cookies,
using the company’s Facebook page, which we use to present our company, including posting photos of various events.

Please note: Facebook may use your information to access our profiling site under the terms of Facebook itself.

HOUSE – SOFT does not transfer cross-border personal data to a third country. HOUSE – SOFT cooperates with several suppliers. In their selection, it shall take into account professional, technical, organizational and personnel competence and their ability to guarantee the security of the processed personal data.

By viewing and reading this information, our company, as a data subject, has informed you about your privacy and has instructed you about your privacy rights.

The wording of this information may change due to legislative changes or changes in the purpose and means of processing. We will notify you accordingly.
